We use a few different techniques to ensure a safe removal, however, glass containing defroster lines can be problematic.

In the case we can not remove the old film, we are left with two options.

Either replace said glass or it would have to be bladed.

If blading is the option you choose, all defroster and sometimes antenna lines would cease to operate.

With extremely difficult removals we will always recommend replacement of the glass.

PLEASE understand this situation is highly unlikely but a definite possibility.
